Real Estate Curriculum Content Reviewer (Contract)

Study.com is seeking experienced real estate professionals to evaluate and enhance our real estate curriculum content, ensuring it aligns with current academic standards and industry standards. If you are knowledgeable in real estate, detail-oriented, and have an eye for content organization, we want to hear from you! This is a remote contract position with hourly pay.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough research on state-specific real estate licensing requirements.
• Stay informed on updates regarding real estate laws, regulations, and exam content outlines.

Course Auditing:

• Review existing courses for brokers and salespersons to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
• Identify outdated information and recommend necessary updates to course materials.

Question Bank Management:

• Audit the practice question bank for alignment with current state exam questions and formats.
• Evaluate new practice questions for relevance, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
• Revise and update questions as necessary to uphold high quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Active real estate license in good standing.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Expertise in state-specific real estate licensing requirements, especially in New York.
• Proficiency in educational technology tools and platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with online training courses for licensing and continuing education.
