Job Details

Provides basic life support care in a hospital-based ambulance setting to include routine transports, and assisting with critical care level transports. Position requires frequent lifting and moving of patients, operating with limited direct supervision, and operating ambulances and other vehicles as needed. Minimum Requirements Education - High School Diploma. Experience - 2 years as an EMT-Basic with a transporting ambulance service. License/ Registration/ Certifications - SC DHEC-EMT - National Registry EMT-B (except for SC DHEC certified EMTs who are not required to maintain national registry) - CPR-Healthcare Provider - Driver License with no more than 2 at fault or moving violations in a three-year period. - Must successfully complete SRHS-Ambulance Service Lead EMT qualifications to include written protocol test, and psychomotor evaluation within the 120 day probationary period Preferred Requirements Preferred Education - N/ A - Preferred Experience - N/ A - Preferred License/ ...EMT, Ambulance, Senior, Patient Care, Service, Healthcare
