The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to multitask./ppAbility to problem solve/ppHamburger University Graduate/ppFriendly and outgoing/ppComfortable being on your feet for an entire shift/pp5 years McDonalds restaurant management experience preferred/ppOTP 2 or 3 preferred/ppReliable transportation/ppSeeking full-time Area Supervisors to provide leadership, coaching, direction, develop people and improve restaurant operations to maximize the long-term sales and profit of up to four McDonalds locations. Must be able to solve problems. Must be able to work various shifts each day of the week./ppArea Supervisors consistently demonstrate McDonalds values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships with external customers and internal customers including the Restaurant Leadership Team and Crew./ppArea Supervisor will work with the General Managers of anywhere from 2 - 4 restaurants to achieve operational results: upholding the standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness, achieving health department standards, meeting and/or exceeding McDonalds ROIP standards, and timely execution of new initiatives and new product and equipment launches. They also ensure that the financial performance of the restaurants meet or exceed the performance of the top 25% of comparable restaurants (McDonalds restaurant norms)./ppAdditionally, Area Supervisors must be able to:/ppAnalyze sales trends, identify sales patterns and opportunities for sales growth. Implement programs to capitalize on additional sales opportunities through promotional or operational programs/ppComplete monthly cash and security audits. Use necessary corrective action where policies are not being followed, ensuring safety and security of restaurant personnel and assets/ppComplete operations review on restaurants on all day parts once per month/ppConduct performance reviews with GMs every six months, assuring the GM does the same for managers and crew members/ppArea Supervisors are expected to travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support their management teams. Strong verbal and written skills are necessary to communicate with all levels of our organization.
