Lead complex compensation implementations using Advanced Compensation Services-such as Stock Plans, Bonus Programs, and Variable Compensation-ensuring seamless integration with payroll and performance.

• Design and deliver complex compensation calculations and proration rules
• Develop reporting frameworks for compensation analytics
• Guide clients through effective governance and plan maintenance

• Workday Pro Advanced Compensation Services Certification (transferable)
