About the Role

As a CBREM&A Client Care Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for managingM&Aoperational activities for client services teams in a large market or region. This job is part of theClient Services Job/M&AFunction, which provides daily advice and support to clients that need assistance withbusiness products and services and M&A services.

What You'll Do

· Coordinate and manage daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train stafffor the M&A team.

· Reviewand developcomplex reports to ensure listings and property budgets align with policy and local market expectations.

· Assist with creating national operational strategies and oversee efforts to integrate company services for clients.

· Review and approve marketing communications to ensure compliance with company standards.

· Consult with senior sales and client-facing professionals on real estate marketing best practices.

· Act as point of contact forclient and team questions, concerns regarding M&A activities and services provided to client; troubleshoot and resolve issues.

· Apply broad business knowledge to achieve team and departmental objectives.

· Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, and influence others.

· Identify and solve complex technical and operational problems.

· Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards.

What You'll Need

· Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

· Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

· Ability to lead sensitive and complex information exchanges and handle problems effectively.

· Preferred M&A and real estate experience.

· Strong leadership skills to motivate teams toward operational targets.

· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a

candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is

$140K per year and the maximum salary for the position is

or $170K per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate

will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also

be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
