Job Title: Technology Support

Duration - 12-month contract

Location: New York, NY 10172 (Hybrid)

Hybrid, 2-3 days in office

Role Description

  • Obtain ownership for implementation of Cash Management service and Treasury Management service to Japanese/Non-Japanese corporate client, such as Domestic/Global Cash Pooling, Domestic/Global Host to Host Service, SWIFT Service and so on.
  • Manage implementation process after client agree to introduce our service
  • Maintain existing client (e.g. reply inquiry, support client to update/modify/terminate service)
  • Supervise and support junior member of the same team to support team leader
  • Participate ad-hoc project relating operational efficiency, documentation, digitalization
Role Objectives
  • Build strong relationship with clients as well as internal stakeholders/related parties to identify client needs and to complete implementation of our products/services swiftly and appropriately.
  • Proactively follow-up on pending deals, keep track of each deal, provide status updates to sales manager & relationship manager, update handling sheet and report the progress weekly & monthly to all relevant teams.
  • Participate in client meetings as necessary to present the solution and demonstrate products/services.
  • Work closely between all areas within the bank and communication with clients during the implementation stage to ensure satisfactory experience for clients.
  • Handle customer inquiry correctly and swiftly
  • Communicate frequently with product management team to be aware of any product updates/enhancements.
  • Participate ad-hoc project and create new operation flow, create manual, update agreement etc.
  • Support junior member, share knowledge, supervise their action and take care of complicated request together.
  • Attend training sessions, seminars, and conferences to continue to learn new products & services, competitor landscapes, and more.
Qualifications and Skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of client facing role at a major financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge and actual working experience of Corporate Cash Management / Treasury services system/product implementation
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and writing in English (Additionally Japanese is preferred)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet time critical deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage the time effectively.
  • Proficient skills on MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Hybrid working: Recommend working in the office twice a week.
