The Role
Entegris is seeking aSeniorCustomerEnablementSpecialist to join our North AmericaCommercialteam. In this role, you willbe responsible forincreasing Customer Satisfactionfor someofEntegris'largest Customerswhile meetingestablishedRevenue expectations.This will beaccomplishedthrough diligent focus on resolving difficultand complexCustomer problemsand driving for higherefficiency with internal processes.
WhatYou'llDo
Remotely manage and interface withassigned Strategic Account in North Americafor mature product lines and reoccurring Revenue
Lead internal actions to resolve Customer priority issues
Provide up to date andaccurateforecasts for assigned accounts
Manage consignment inventory program with Customer to ensure that guidelines are being met andprevent stale inventory
Partner with Finance and other related functions for escalation resolution of Accounts Receivables
Manage Product allocations to ensure highest levels of Customer Satisfactionper CXI metric
Lead Semi-Annual Business Review processin collaboration with Key Account Managers
Collaborate cross functionally and across divisions to track and drive improvements in on-time shipments
Ensure Quality and PCNs are communicated correctly with Customer and stay on schedule
Continually build strongCustomer relationships thatprovidekey insights into the business
Performadditionaltasks as needed to support team and organizational goals.
What We Seek
Education: B.S. degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum of5years inSaleswith 2 years in SemiconductorManufacturingindustry
Skills:proficiencyin MS Office;strong communicationand problem-solvingskills;
Success Metrics

Compensation: $95,000 - $130,000/ year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
