Overview:
This role partners closely withbusiness leaders and Human Resources to design and implement organizational solutions that improve effectiveness, adaptability, and performance. You will lead initiatives that strengthen structure, culture, and collaboration while supporting enterprise-wide transformation efforts.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will serve as a trusted consultant and change leader across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, designing, and implementing scalable organizational structures aligned to strategy and culture
  • Leading organizational design and effectiveness projects including workshops and decision making sessions
  • Gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform recommendations for leaders
  • Developing clear communications and presentations to support project outcomes
  • Designing and executing change management plans in partnership with business and Human Resources leaders
  • Measuring the impact of organizational initiatives and recommending continuous improvements
  • Coaching and enabling Human Resources partners on best practices in change management and organization design
  • Staying current on industry trends and applying innovative practices across the enterprise

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education, with 8+ years of professional experience
• Prior HR, HR COE or project experience in a consultative role
• Experience deploying change management plans, organization effectiveness and team effectiveness projects
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with the ability to execute with and through others while managing multiple projects and changing priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including experience presenting to higher-level leaders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)

Desired skills

• Degree in a relevant psychology or business major such as business administration, human resource management, organization development, organizational behavior, or industrial-organizational psychology
• Knowledge and demonstrated application of organization development principles such as management and leadership development principles, organizational change management, culture assessments, organization design, team effectiveness, assessment methodologies/tools, coaching and consulting, OD principles, and relevant OD metrics and analytics
• Ability to think strategically with experience creating and implementing detailed tactical, results-driven plans
• Experience with organization and change methodologies (Prosci, Galbraith, Change Agility)
• Ability to apply innovative approaches to existing solutions and using existing tools/processes
• Experience with research and data collection methods including focus groups, subject matter expert interviews, surveys, etc
• Experience as a Project Manager having demonstrated results in stakeholder and schedule management
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience managing multiple projects
• Ability to interact at all organizational levels with credibility, and manage conflict with key stakeholders that results in desired outcomes
• Well-developed relationship building and consultative skills, including proven ability to influence without positional power

Ability to work remotely

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $109,200 - $189,290. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
