Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 8-12 years of experience in SAP HCM / EC Payroll, with a focus on Employee Central Payroll, Payroll Control Center process, Integrations with Benefitfocus, Transamerica, Fidelity, ADP SmartCompliance.
Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certification EC Payroll.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll configuration, payroll schemas, and rules, as well as integration with SAP Financials and other 3 rd party applications like Benefitfocus, Fidelity, ADP.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize payroll processes.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
