Summary:
The B/S/A plays a critical role in bridging functional and technical teams, ensuring that turnover criteria are clearly defined and met. This role supports external coordination and detailed planning beyond the core workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align functional efforts with technical efforts to meet turnover criteria.
- Act as a RAID barrier buster.
- Serve as the point of contact for external work (e.g., SOWs, testing).
- Track dependencies across workstreams and projects.
- Collaborate closely with the QA Lead to ensure requirements traceability (RTM).
- Support detailed customer planning outside of core workstreams (e.g., Workday).
