Teach Critical Reading (RDG 100) courses to a diverse student body, including Early College High School students. Teaching varying schedules and locations, either face-to-face or virtually. The adjunct instructor will follow the established syllabus, using multiple instructional methods that emphasize student success and retention, assessing learning, utilizing the colleges learning management system for grading and various instructional purposes, and participating in the departments continuous improvement process Minimum and Additional Requirements Baccalaureate degree in Reading, Reading Education, Language Arts, Secondary English Education, English, or Literature. Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in Reading, masters degree in any discipline with twelve to fifteen semester hours in Reading, Reading Education, Language Arts, Secondary English, English Education, English, or Literature.
