What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Learn and execute the installation process while building rapport with customers to address and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain knowledge of technical advances and industry trends; seek training opportunities
• Perform administrative duties including timesheets, service work orders, and installation documentation within established timeframes
• Work in various environments including remote settings, hospitals, and healthcare facilities
• Travel up to 100% to customer locations, which may involve weekend stays and occasional international travel

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 3 years in electromechanical industries
• Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory for equipment installation and repair
• Associate Degree in electronics or a related field; preferred BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET
• Capability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for a Field Service position
• Availability to work flexible hours including overtime and on-call rotations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Image Guided Therapy equipment
• Familiarity with radiation sources and safety protocols
• Previous field service experience in healthcare technology
