HTI is hiring Packaging Leads for PAI Pharmaceuticals in Greenville, SC. Pay is $27.00 Per Hour. These are Direct Hire, 12-Hour Night shift positions, with $1.25 shift differential. Job Summary - Packaging Lead:
Leads and performs a variety of process duties according to batch record and SOP's in the pharmaceutical manufacturing department, but not limited to, operating machines, and assisting in the packaging of products.

What You Need - Packaging Lead:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to recognize effective communication styles.
  • Must manage shifting priorities in a dynamic operations setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute corrective measures accurately.
Responsibilities - Packaging Lead:
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and State, Federal, and Local Laws.
  • Communicates/coordinates changeovers and other equipment downtime issues with packaging associates.
  • Review batch record prior to production start. Monitors equipment throughout the production ensuring proper operation.
  • Supervises others to ensure line is continually supplied with appropriate containers for filing and closures for sealing.
  • Fill in when Supervisor is absent. With Supervisor, coordinate each Packaging Associate(s) assignment during each shift.
  • Ensure correct labeling/packaging components are available. Effectively communicate with other departments. Communicate department issues and status updates.
