Job Description

The People & Culture Intern will support day-to-day HR operations while gaining hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives. This role is ideal for sophomore college students interested in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including resume screening and interview coordination
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and support special People & Culture projects
  • Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team as needed
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled as a sophomore in an accredited college or university
  • Major or strong interest in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
