Overview:
Our client in Greenville, SC is hiring several Investigations Generalists to join their team. This role is responsible for investigating accounts and serving clients. The ideal candidate will have previous related experience and an ability to work in a production based environment. This position is temp-to-perm. Prior customer service and/or call center experience is high preferred.

Duties:

• The Investigations Generalist role is a production-based position with a single focus, to complete Investigations tasks.
• The position requires individuals to be able to input data, have above average phone skills, all while staying compliant within our company's policies and state/federal regulations.
• The primary focus will be performing basic investigation tasks.
• This position requires dedicated focus and ability to empathize with other parties.

• Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, OneNote).
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be flexible within multiple work types and enjoy working with staff of all levels.
• Average analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Must be comfortable with meeting strict deadlines and KPIs.

• $18/hour
