Job Overview:

Provides continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients. First line of action is to verbally redirect the patient from engaging in at risk behaviors. Alerts the nursing personnel when the patient requires assistance or there is a change in the patient's condition.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma and/or GED

Preferred:

• Hospital experience and/or clinical experience

Scheduling Requirements:

• Nights 11:00PM - 7:30AM
• Every other weekend required. Schedule during the week will vary depending on department needs
• Part-Time (8 hrs)
• Mandatory Orientation
