YOUR ROLE

• Convert team-generated and self-sourced leads into signed clients
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations with professionalism and confidence
• Skillfully write, present, and negotiate offers
• Consistently implement lead generation and follow-up systems
• Commit to weekly skill-building, team trainings, and mentorship
• Complete the PLACE Agent Launch Program within your first 120 days
• NOTE: As a Licensed Realtor, you are an Independent Contractor. This position is commission-only.

Qualifications
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You must be a licensed real estate agent in the state of Connecticut
• 1+ year of experience preferred, but we welcome fast learners with high drive
• Confident communicator with strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Growth-minded and coachable-committed to excellence and improvement
• Willing to follow systems, scripts, and accountability structures
