Structural Installer/Crawl Space Inspector

Direct hire- not a contract role. Must have reliable transportation- car and driver's license ideal but not required. Background- can hire most backgrounds as long as infractions are divulged up-front. Pay to be discussed with applicant. Quarterly bonuses based on work results. Company location- Travelers Rest, SC (north side of Greenville).

What You'll Do:

• Enter and inspect crawl spaces, basements, and tight areas to assess foundation conditions
• Document findings with photos, notes, and basic measurements
• Identify structural concerns, moisture issues, and other repair needs
• Communicate inspection results to the project manager or repair team
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE

Who We're Looking For:

• Comfortable working in dirty, confined, or low-clearance spaces daily
• Reliable, physically capable, and willing to handle a labor-intensive role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inspection protocols
• Preferred: background in construction, foundation repair, home inspection, or related field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
