Were seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Cruise Coordinator. In this position, you will assist clients with planning and booking vacations from cruises and family getaways to international adventures while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Build customized travel itineraries based on client needs
  • Manage reservations and coordinate trip logistics
  • Deliver professional, timely customer support before, during, and after travel
  • Stay current on travel updates, supplier offerings, and industry trends
