Job Title: Clinical Recruiter - Remote
Shift Timing: Days

Responsibilities of Recruiter :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for designated regions and Central Services departments.
• Source candidates, conduct outreach, schedule interviews, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Establish and maintain feedback loops with internal stakeholders, prioritizing strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through exceptional communication and timely follow-ups.
• Build a talent pipeline for future openings, nurturing relationships and engaging potential candidates.
• Implement creative sourcing strategies and build relationships with universities and key organizations.
• Collaborate with physicians on the recruitment and hiring of ARNPs or PAs, ensuring compliance with state requirements.
• Prepare documentation for additional benefits, protocols, and compliance processes for new hires.
• Assist with relocation assistance and referral bonus paperwork.
• Support various recruitment programs and procedures, act as a resource for employees and management, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Experience Required:

• 3 years experience.
