A banquet set-up's primary job duties include assisting banquet service team in set up of special event and private party functions within the restaurant and/or hotel. Responsible for keeping meeting rooms, private dining rooms and common areas neat and clean.

Requirements:
Must be able to lift, handle and carry food, supplies, equipment, at a minimum of 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
