What You'll Do

• Assist with birthday party planning, confirmations, enhancements, and scheduling Party Patrol teammates
• Map out party lanes and coordinate activity timing across bowling, arcade, laser tag, and escape rooms (where applicable)
• Meet with each party parent during the event to proactively address needs and make adjustments
• Supervise and support party staff to ensure seamless execution
• Train new teammates and support ongoing development for the party team
• Greet guests, escort them to party areas, and help set up tables and supplies
• Oversee Party Patrol during bowling and gaming experiences, ensuring safety, engagement, and smooth transitions
• Place food and beverage orders, ensure timely delivery, and assist with serving
• Help with dessert, singing, and celebration moments
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup to reset spaces efficiently
• Support the front desk with birthday tabs, payments, and deposits
• Collect and organize required paperwork for each shift
• Deliver top-notch guest interactions using Spare Time Service Standards (Code S.E.R.V.E.)
