What You'll Do

  • Serve as the technical authority throughout the sales process, clearly articulating solution capabilities and alignment to customer needs
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Partner with sales, product, and delivery teams to support opportunity qualification, solution design, and deal execution
  • Gather and document technical and business requirements, supporting proofs of concept and pilot deployments
  • Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, technical proposals, and solution justifications
  • Assist with territory planning and competitive positioning to support long-term growth
What You'll Need
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role related to physical access control, security systems, or comparable enterprise technology
  • Prior experience in a sales engineering, solutions consulting, or pre-sales role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong technical foundation across enterprise environments, including Windows-based systems, networking fundamentals, databases, and identity technologies
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts and influence stakeholders across multiple levels
  • Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25%)
