Job Description:
As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and managing cloud infrastructure for AI solutions in Azure. This role includes configuring and maintaining monitoring systems, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain AI resources in Azure, providing guidance on best practices.
• Perform regular patching and updates to maintain system security and stability.
• Oversee backup operations and recovery processes for mission-critical environments.
• Plan and execute cloud migrations, including moving workloads from on-premises to Azure.
• Provide support and troubleshoot production application issues across multiple frameworks and technologies (.NET, Java, SQL, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Utilize security tools such as Tenable for vulnerability management and remediation.
• Manage automated patching and deployment using tools like SCCM and SCOM.
• Develop disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and prevent data loss.
• Apply strong networking knowledge, including OSI layer functionality and network protocols.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Proven experience implementing and monitoring AI resources in Azure.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure management, patching, and backup operations.
• Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies and execution.
• Familiarity with multiple development frameworks and enterprise systems.
• Experience with security and vulnerability management tools.
• Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure AI Engineer Associate.
• Networking certifications such as Network+ or CCNA.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
