Fantastic opportunity to join a regionally respected services company that is expanding its accounting team with a newly created, high-impact role After several years of strong growth, the organization's accounting needs have become more complex, and the Director of Finance is ready to add a true right-hand partner to help lead and own key accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone who sees themselves as a well-rounded, hands-on accountant and wants to join a growing business where they can take real ownership, build strong partnerships across the organization, and play an active role in the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the month-end close process for all regional locations, including full responsibility for bank and credit card reconciliations
- Partner closely with General Managers to prepare for monthly financial reviews and support strong operational decision-making
- Produce and analyze operational reporting, including job costing, labor trends, and overtime analysis
- Collaborate with the Director of Finance on detailed accounts receivable analysis and process improvement
