Description:

The Mundy Companies, a leader in the industrial maintenance, services, and construction fields, is currently hiring for a Long?Term position in Mauldin, South Carolina.

Office Manager

Responsibilities

  • Process and issue payroll.
  • Detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
  • General administrative duties, including maintaining, distributing, and reproducing all pertinent site documentation.
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
  • Responsible for site accounts payable / receivable and document control.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an industrial office environment.
  • Working knowledge of Time and Attendance Payroll Systems.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, substance abuse test, and other required tests.
