Our integrated SaaS platform includes Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Third-Party Administrator (TPA) financial services, and care coordination solutions, helping PACE programs optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and enhance overall operations.

Job Overview

We're looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our healthcare and Government & Community-Based Services (GCBS) clients. In this role, you'll support strong client relationships, drive retention and long-term account success, and help identify opportunities to expand value over time. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting clients in regulated environments and a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience and meaningful outcomes through our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts, building strong relationships and trust while ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction
  • Understand client needs and serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Oversee day-to-day account activities to keep priorities moving forward, including leading client meetings and follow-ups
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and support client enablement, including demos and training as new features are released or questions arise
  • Identify potential issues early and partner with teams to resolve them before escalation
  • Conduct structured business reviews (e.g., QBRs) to evaluate performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Product, Development, Testing, Help Desk, etc.) to support projects, address escalations, and improve turnaround times
  • Maintain accurate documentation for client communications, status reporting, project plans, and issue tracking
  • Provide clients and leadership with actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational improvements
  • Support clients in regulated environments by anticipating requirements related to reporting, audit readiness, and program oversight
  • Stay up to date on product and service offerings to recommend solutions that align with client needs
  • Contribute as an active team member by participating in Client Success meetings, supporting teammates when needed, and helping improve processes and team effectiveness
Key goals for this role include client loyalty, retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management and/or customer service
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Experience supporting clients in government, public sector, or community-based health and human services environments
  • Ability to operate effectively in compliance-driven, regulated client settings
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
Bonus Points if you have:
  • Working knowledge of Government & Community-Based Services (GCBS) operating models, including compliance-driven workflows, funding sensitivities, and stakeholder governance
