LOCATION: Houston, TX & Deerfield, IL (hybrid)
DURATION: 6 months
RATE RANGE: $25/hr

Job Description:
We are seeking a Clinician Support Agent (Temporary) to join our dynamic team based in Houston, TX and Deerfield, IL (Hybrid). Responsibilities:
s the Clinician Support Agent for assigned accounts, your role will involve the following:

  • ct as the primary communicator via phone, Outlook, and Salesforce between cardiac technicians and external cardiac accounts, including hospitals and clinicians.
  • Effectively communicate ECG abnormalities by adhering to physician notification protocols and notifying physicians or clinical personnel as required.
  • Perform account follow-ups for additional clinical information such as pacemaker settings and cardiac clinician contact details.
  • Utilize clinical case management ticket systems to respond, act, and update case status.
  • Verify process notification MDN criteria and ensure completeness of reports.
  • Foster communication with internal team members (e.g., cardiac technicians) and external customers (e.g., hospitals and clinicians).
  • Meet or exceed defined performance metrics for both productivity and case quality.
  • dhere to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) Guidelines and Good Clinical Practices.
  • Maintain compliance with job-specific proficiency requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
  • ssociate degree and at least 1 year of related customer service or call center experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of customer service or call center experience (preferably in the medical industry).
  • vailability for at least two days per week in-office (subject to change based on business needs).
  • bility to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting, ideally with EKG interpretation.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology.
  • Technical proficiency with case management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a fast-paced, growth-oriented work environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with professionalism in challenging situations across phone, email, and online channels.
  • Solution-oriented thinking with sound judgment and independence.
  • Highly engaged, motivated, and committed to producing high-quality outcomes for clients and patients.
  • Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
