Atlantic Staffing Consultants is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join our team on the Night Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM). This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment with a reputable company after a successful probationary period.

Key Responsibilities of Night Shift Forklift Operator:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently

• Load and unload materials onto and off of semi-trailers

• Pick up baled materials and stack non-skidded materials

• Perform physical labor including stacking pallets and cutting bands from bales or skidded pallets

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet nightly production goals

Requirements of Night Shift Forklift Operator:

• Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience preferred

• Ability to safely sit and operate equipment for extended periods

• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as required

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment, including moving in and out of the warehouse to load and unload materials

  • Exposure to hot summer and cold winter conditions

• Strong attendance record with flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed

• Above-average communication and teamwork skills

• Steel-toed boots required on the first day of work

• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check (criminal and employment verification)

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify used)

Pay & Schedule of Night Shift Forklift Operator:

• Starting Pay: $19/hour (weekly pay!)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

  • Overtime and weekends as required

• Direct-hire eligibility after 700 hours
