Job Description

The isolved Regional Vice Presedent of Sales, Benefit Services will be responsible for developing and leading a dynamic team of sales executives who sell our products and solutions to employers through our employee benefit broker partners. This position will develop and support relationships with broker partners and general agencies to develop strategic plans, gain commitments and drive new sales to their client base.

Core Job Duties

  • Recruit strong sales executives
  • Develop and deliver sales training
  • Lead, and drive execution of the sales plan
  • Hold team accountable to KPI's
  • Monitor market and competitor landscape and bring ideas and strategies to leadership
  • Proactive communication to leadership, sales team, internal team, brokers and customers
  • Provide escalated support for key broker partners
  • Conduct sales meeting with sales executives to set strategies, sales plans and commitments with brokers within the region.
  • Create weekly forecasts, consistent reporting, and quarterly business reviews (QBR)
  • Lead regular team meetings and 1-1 meetings with the sales executives.
  • Attend events and deliver presentations to large and small audiences.
  • Provide product, processes, and systems expertise to support the team, broker partners, and customers.
  • Exceed quota.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work related experience
  • Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience and 3+ years in leadership position
  • In depth knowledge of leadership skills, selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivating techniques
