Systems Analyst IV Ahold Delhaize USA

Location: USA South Carolina, Mauldin (211 BiLo Boulevard).

Work schedule: Hybrid 3 in-person days at core location (Salisbury, NC or Quincy, MA) and 2 remote days.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Primary Purpose

Lead technical SME for systems, services and applications; drive mid?to?large?scale IT initiatives; provide third?level production support; recommend and lead operational improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead technical SME for an identified functional area.
• Coach and mentor other team members.
• Lead mid?to?large scale projects, including resource allocation, budget management, and translating business needs into agile stories or waterfall requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers on technical specifications and test plans.
• Execute system integration testing, document results, and remediate issues.
• Prepare run?book documentation and support post?production hyper?care.
• Provide third?level technical support, managing support relationships and performance.
• Engage with engineers, product teams and business groups to ensure delivery and operational support.
• Lead root?cause analysis on complex issues and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Guide configuration changes, operational changes, integration needs, and design patterns.
• Drive end?to?end proactive improvement through monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure operational stability of a 24/7/365 grocery retail environment, including off?hours support.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Leadership experience in a technical capacity.
• Experience guiding, training or onboarding team members.
• Project management of mid?to?large size projects.
• Strong analytical skills for complex problems.
• Commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to trace issues beyond code boundaries.
• Judgment within defined procedures and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree.
• Relevant certifications.
• Experience in Agile teams and Product/Platform models.
• Experience leading or advancing technical capability.
• Retail or grocery experience.

Compensation

ME/NC/PA/SC: $92,640 $138,960
IL/MA/MD/NY: $106,480 $159,720
