The Demand Generation Production Supervisor will be directly responsible for the management of marketing content syndication team for lead generation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Understands how digital products and services integrate in lead generation
• Manages third party vendor accounts to meet department expectations and goals

• Collaborates closely with brokers to ensure all compliance requirements are met

• Partners with Accounts Payable to facilitate accurate and timely agent payments

• Manages Salesforce cases within the commission queue

• Utilizes multiple reports to identify and resolve listing content, syndication, and photo production issues
• Uses syndication knowledge to identify lead generation needs and suggests innovations for improvement
• Onboards new accounts
• Understands Progress Residential brand, core values, and preferences to set department goals
• Engages in ongoing training and self-development to educate team, leadership, and markets
• Identifies and communicates opportunities for optimization
• Establishes metrics for quality assurance
• Demonstrates keen sense of ownership and commitment to follow-through
• Communicates clearly, effectively, and proactively across departments and team
• Analyzes and reports department performance
• Communicates with individual markets to resolve photo production issues
• Manages a team of Demand Listing Specialists

QUALIFICATIONS
• High School diploma or GED required (preference to BS/BA degree in business or related service experience)
• 3 years marketing related experience

• Previous MLS experience or relevant property management background preferred
• Highly detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills to work in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented environment.
• Strong data entry skills
• Able to work flexibly and productively in a fast changing, growth company
• Salesforce, Rently, and Planomatics experience is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Works independently with little supervision
• Teamwork skills
