Job Summary

The Sr Administrator in Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in delivering advanced technical support and operational excellence. This position focuses on troubleshooting complex issues and conducting root cause analyses to enhance customer satisfaction and uphold the organization's commitment to quality and security standards.

(1.) Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Vmware Nsx And vCF By Resolving Complex Incidents, Performing Root Cause Analysis, And Implementing Effective Solutions To Technical And Security Issues.

2. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Enhance The Security Posture Of The Organization, Addressing Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas.

3. Participate In Knowledge Management Initiatives By Updating And Maintaining The Knowledge Base, Ensuring Comprehensive Documentation Of Solutions And Processes.

4. Conduct Training Sessions For New Team Members And Coach Analysts To Improve Their Technical Skills And Operational Efficiency.

5. Strive For Superior Customer Experience And Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions, And Proactively Identifying And Mitigating Security Threats.

6. Knowledge on any Cloud Platform(GCP, Azure, AWS) and Infrastructure support and Maintenance on Cloud.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Vmware Nsx And vCF Technologies.

2. Strong Troubleshooting Skills And The Ability To Analyze And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.

3. Experience In Incident Management And Root Cause Analysis.

4. Knowledge Of Security Best Practices And Operational Standards.

5. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills.

Certification

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Vmware Certified Professional (Vcp), Vmware Nsx-T Data Center, Itil Foundation Certification.
