SAP ABAP HR
Location: White Plains NY, US, Hybrid

Requirement Summary:
BAP HR Consultant to join our SAP team. Hands-on experience in SAP HR module development using ABAP, with strong knowledge of PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, and HR Forms.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions and enhancements in SAP HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows in SAP HR using ABAP.
• Work closely with functional HR consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of Infotypes, subtypes, and HR master data.
• Support and enhance existing SAP HR applications including PA, OM, Time, and Payroll.
• Develop and maintain HR Forms using Adobe/Smart Forms/SAP Scripts.
• Implement and support ALE/IDOC interfaces for HR data exchange.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and documentation of technical objects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HR ABAP developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI,

• 12+ years of experience in SAP ABAP-HR .
• Strong understanding of SAP HR data structures and infotypes.
• Experience with HR logical databases (PNP, PCH).
• Proficiency in ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancements.
• Experience with SAP HR Forms (Adobe, SmartForms, SAPScripts).
• Knowledge of Payroll Schemas and Time Evaluation is a plus.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
