Position Summary

CFO Solutions is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect specializing in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our distinguished delivery team. In this role, you will lead the design, development and implementation of comprehensive FP&A solutions utilizing the OneStream platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work with prominent clients, driving impactful financial transformation initiatives in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with finance and business leaders to understand FP&A requirements and translate strategic objectives into effective OneStream solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain OneStream applications supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Configure system components including dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, workflows, and input forms to meet client needs.
• Provide expert-level guidance and ongoing support to end users, ensuring optimal performance and system reliability.
• Collaborate with IT and data integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity between OneStream and other enterprise financial systems.
• Stay current on OneStream product updates, leveraging new functionality to enhance FP&A capabilities and improve solution design.
• Ability to create custom partner solutions based on internal strategic initiatives as productized unique offerings
• Ability to oversee the technical and functional delivery team through SDLC.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting OneStream FP&A solutions.
• Strong knowledge of OneStream's FP&A features, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
• Previous work with Marketplace Solutions such as People Planning, Thing Planning, Capital Expenditure Planning as well as bespoke operational planning designs (i.e., custom relational tables, programmatic calculations, top-down & bottoms-up workflow)
• Proven track record of configuring and deploying OneStream applications in complex organizational environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and finance teams.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
• OneStream Architect Certification strongly preferred. (OCP)
• Experience on other planning solutions preferred (Anaplan, Adaptive, Board, Pigment, etc.)

Salary

Dependent upon experience and exposure to above.
