JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management Consultant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing the Performance & Goals Management module within the SAP SuccessFactors suite. The consultant will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive talent development, goal alignment, and performance enablement across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation or enhancement of SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective and scalable solutions.
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors Performance Management workflows, forms, and goal plans.
  • Manage system integrations with core HR and other relevant modules.
  • Conduct testing (unit, system, UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
  • Deliver user training, create documentation, and support change management efforts.
  • Provide post-go-live support and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic HR initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM with at least 3+ years specifically in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, business rule setup, templates, and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of performance review cycles, goal alignment, and talent development best practices.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Performance & Goals is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience with at least one full-cycle SuccessFactors implementation.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and work cross-functionally.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with other SAP SF modules (e.g., Compensation, Succession Planning).
  • Knowledge of integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Experience in large-scale, global HR transformation projects.
