Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager to join their team! This position is located in Los Angeles, California.

Duties:

  • Lead day-to-day relationships with Spanish-language programmers and external partners
  • Develop and execute integrated Hispanic co-marketing campaigns, including productions, digital activations, influencer partnerships, and custom initiatives
  • Own end-to-end campaign planning and go-to-market execution in collaboration with internal teams across marketing, content, legal, and product
  • Drive co-marketing messaging and creative development by partnering with agencies and media partners to deliver culturally resonant storytelling
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; translate insights into optimization and continuous improvement
  • Advocate for co-marketing priorities internally while championing and strengthening existing programmer partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships that unlock new opportunities and deliver mutual business impact
Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Hispanic marketing and/or advertising
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership, co-marketing, or integrated marketing initiatives
  • Fluent Spanish-language marketer with the ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish
  • Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing agencies and partners to deliver results through influence and collaboration
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to and engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to travel as business needs require

The approximate pay range for this position is between $46.00 and $67.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
