Part Time Paralegal

Description:

We are seeking a part-time Paralegal with a strong focus on securities law filings. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can take initiative, run with tasks, and deliver accurate results.Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage SEC filings and related documentation.
• Assist with compliance and reporting requirements under securities laws.
• Maintain and update records in Carta and other equity management platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure timely filings.
• Research and interpret securities regulations as needed.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
• Experience with securities law filings and SEC compliance.
• Proficiency in Carta (required).
• Strong understanding of securities regulations and corporate governance.
• Advanced organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• High level of honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail.
