We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead to lead a multilingual, multi-country Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. The Functional Lead will be responsible for end-to-end functional ownership of Oracle HR module, stakeholder management, solution design, and successful deployment across regions and languages.

This role requires strong communication, functional expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience delivering complex global HR transformations.
