Job Description/ Requirement Summary
This is the Developer III role to serve as a senior technical resource on the MPP team in the implementation of Power Platform solutions. Help establish effective and efficient Content Management and Power Platform operations by implementing Content Management and Power Platform best practices; proactively managing Content Management and Power Platform environments and security; Helps the team in streamlining Content Management and Power Platform processes; and by establishing and maintaining Content Management and Power Platform operating procedures. Experience in Model Driven Apps and converting migrated SharePoint content when going from on premise to online. Experience in building more Complex Power Platform Solutions. Serves as the Primary Service Desk contact for upkeep of the platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse); Configures and maintain environments DEV/QA/PROD as identified in the governance plan; maintains security baseline configuration, address platform vulnerabilities; Produces usage / tracking reports; Responsible for backup/restore and service monitoring / alerting. Develops scripts as needed.
Responsibilities include:
• Implement and assure adherence to task level quality and methodology standards, follow up on open items and track issues
• Rapid development and deployment methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM while executing all work
• Adoption of DevOps and automated delivery through Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Define and document requirements and develop supportable application solutions to automate business processes.
• Lead development efforts consisting of multiple developers or multi-thread development projects.
• Collaborate with end users, business analysts, and systems analysts to determine features, requirements, and solution design• Design, document, and enforce architectural and design standards.
• Gather and drive stakeholder requirements and product vision through the planning, analysis, development, and testing phases.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the data, sources of data, and relationships of data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues as needed.
