Special Skillset

• Change Management background who drives organizational improvements through leveraging expertise in Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter, Agile methodologies, and principles of organizational behavior.
• Experience managing change on a project being developed using Lean Agile and Waterfall approach
• Experience setting up OCM Community of Practice.
• Experience with creating communication strategies & plans
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to variety of audiences and interact with stakeholders including C-suite level.
• Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives and leading others through change
• Excellent interpersonal, servant leadership, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with creating new hire, onboarding, mentoring and buddy programs.
• Experience creating Change Impact Assessments, Change Resistance and User Adoption Plans.
• Experience with creating ADKAR Survey Assessment
• Experience with continuous process improvement and conducting stakeholder and empathy interviews.
• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
• Facilitation of Webinars, User workshops, Lean Coffee, Books Clubs, Host Podcast.
• Advanced experience with MS Products (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word) - Including running MS Team breakout rooms, polling, surveys.
• Proven experience with SAFe PI Planning
• Proven experience with collaboration tools specifically FigJam, Mural, MS Team Whiteboard.
• Proven experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Prosci or Kotter Certified.
• SAFe Certified (Coach, RTE)
