E ducation:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field required

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Serve as an internal consultant within the IT Enterprise Systems Group supporting all regional affiliates in the use and application of SAP FICO functions
• nalyzing and understanding financial processes within an organization to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules to align with business needs and requirements
• Gathering and documenting detailed requirements from business users for system enhancements and modifications
• Developing and proposing solutions to address business challenges within the SAP FICO environment
• Conducting testing of system changes and supporting the implementation of new functionalities
• Providing ongoing support to users, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems related to SAP FICO
• Creating and maintaining documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides
• Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches
• Work within cross-functional teams (Operations areas, other functional teams, IA, PMO) to drive successful deployments

Skills Needed:
• SAP FICO Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Profitability Analysis (PA) modules, including configuration and functionality
• Prior experience with Product Costing in SAP
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes
• nalytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems effectively
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users and technical teams
• Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear and concise documentation for system configurations and processes
• SAP Certification in relevant Functional Modules / Processes
Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in SAP FICO
• Good understanding of Financial processes and Accounting Principles
• Should have good experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S4/HANA ERP in relation to FICO
• History of working with in an enterprise application implementation and maintenance cycle, with agile methodology
• Experience as a key team member on at least one full implementation cycle
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving capability
• Understand and debug code
• Self-motivated and outcome oriented
• Capability to build strong rapport with business users, clients, and customers
• Experience in collaborating with team members to drive results

• Responsible for quickly resolving and documenting day to day issues as they arise
• Resolve most issues independently. Escalate more complex issues to the leads in the team
• Write Test Cases and Execute testing lifecycle from Unit Test through UAT and Regression to ensure effective delivery of high quality solutions in the program landscape and report results.

• Participate in creating prototypes or proofs of concepts for package enhancements.
• Follow continual improvement best practices by identifying and diagnosing improvement opportunities
• Prepare, keep/maintain technical documentation current for platform, service, or technical package components
