Program Overview:
Serves as a member of the Management Development Program (MDP) and participates in ten weeks of Core Training and one year of On-the-Job (OJT) training. Core Training responsibilities include participation in classroom training, observations of departmental presentations, interaction with senior management, peer networking, and working in teams on two group project assignments. OJT responsibilities vary by department and are assigned by the department manager. The position may be responsible for additional projects as assigned by the department manager or Leadership Development Manager-MDP.
Department Description:
When our clients need financial services outside of their core wealth management solutions, we have the resources to help. Our Wealth Management team will coordinate the delivery of any additional services they need, always with the client's convenience in mind. We can also recommend more comprehensive options if the client, their family, or their business needs specialized expertise.
Department Responsibilities
You'll join a small cohort within our Wealth Management division to gain experience on becoming a Wealth Associate. When starting with the team you'll learn from Wealth Advisors to learn about the Wilmington Trust service processes and the products we offer clients.
