  2026-01-15     Boutique Recruiting     all cities,AK
Description:

A dynamic structural engineering firm is hiring a Licensed Land Surveyor to step into a critical, senior-level role as a long-tenured survey lead prepares for retirement. This role is ideally based in the office, with a strong preference for candidates who can work onsite in Rancho Cordova. Thatsaid, remote arrangements may be considered for the right candidate. Candidates must reside in California, as an active California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is required for this position. This position is focused on technical surveying, mapping, and boundary resolution, not fieldwork. You'll take ownership of complex survey deliverables, collaborate closely with field leadership, and serve as a steady technical anchor for a busy, private-development-driven practice. This role is built for a confident, self-sufficient California-licensed surveyor who can plug in immediately, take full ownership of office survey work, and operate with minimal hand-holding.
