Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to homeowners to introduce our home energy solutions
  • Engage potential customers, qualify their interest, and assess their energy needs
  • Schedule appointments for our Home Energy Consultants to conduct detailed consultations
  • Maintain and update records of leads and appointments in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
  • Stay up-to-date on our energy solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits to potential customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company with professionalism
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable with making high volumes of outbound calls daily
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to engage and build rapport quickly with potential customers
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not required)
