We are seeking a Director of Machine Learning Engineer to guide our growing ML team and drive the development of production-ready models that power our real-time healthcare platform. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical expertise with cross-functional communication. You will shape our machine learning strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.

Location
This is a hybrid position reporting in office 3x a week in Austin,Tx

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in ML
• Willingness to utilize Claude code
• Architect, build, and deploy ML models using Python
• Masters or PhD in Computer Vision or other related fields

• Previous Management experience
• Familiarity with MLOps tools
• Experience in healthcare
