Job Responsibilities30% Stakeholder Engagement & User Adoption: Collaborate with executive sponsors and leaders across Membership, Insurance, Automotive, Travel and Marketing to ensure Salesforce solutions meet diverse business needs. Serve as the voice of the user, balancing competing priorities and resolving conflicts to drive consensus. Lead user adoption and change management initiatives, including education, training, rollout planning, and post-implementation reviews. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI), delivering dashboards and insights that connect technology outcomes to business goals.
30% System Management: Lead the Stakeholder Working Committee to gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate business needs into actionable product features. Oversee continuous improvement efforts, evaluating the performance of Salesforce programs and identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating with business analysts, sales analysts, UX, and technical teams to ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined and delivered. Champion agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, promoting iterative development, and fostering a test-and-learn culture. Partner with the Sales Analyst team and business stakeholders to leverage Salesforce data for actionable insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign performance. Partner with key stakeholders to design customer journeys and enable personalization, segmentation and real-time engagement using Salesforce data. Monitor platform usage, identify underutilized features, and optimize license investments.
25% Product Vision & Roadmap: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap for Salesforce, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and stakeholder priorities. Facilitate the Executive Steering Committee to secure executive alignment and resource prioritization for Salesforce initiatives. Ensure that roadmap initiatives enhance the end-to-end member experience and streamline internal workflows. Integrating Salesforce with customer-facing platforms (e.g. websites, apps, support portals). Advance Salesforce capabilities to deepen customer understanding and streamline sales processes, enhancing cross-selling effectiveness and driving revenue growth.
15% Salesforce Relationship Partner: Act as the primary business partner and liaison with Salesforce, ensuring a productive and collaborative relationship.
