Job Summary: HQ Aero is currently recruiting for INTERIOR CABINET BUILDER in GREENVILLE, SC.
Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for building and installing high-quality aircraft interior cabinetry in accordance with detailed specifications, design requirements, and aviation safety standards. The position works closely with design and engineering teams to deliver functional, innovative solutions while maintaining strict quality control, efficiency, and compliance with Textron's standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong craftsmanship, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on meeting project timelines, budgets, and continuous improvement in cabinetry processes. Working on Citation, Lear, Phenom, King Air, and Gulfstreams.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
Build and install high-quality cabinetry for aircraft interiors according to specifications and design requirements.
Utilize knowledge of aviation materials and safety standards to ensure all cabinetry meets industry regulations and standards.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop innovative and functional cabinetry designs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure all cabinetry meets Textron's standards of excellence.
Continuously improve and refine cabinetry techniques and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
Adhere to project budgets and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of cabinetry.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that arise during the cabinetry production process.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure Textron remains at the forefront of aviation interior design.

Must be a self-starter, able to work with little to no guidance. Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, with the ability to multi-task.
Physical Demands: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Position requires frequent walking, standing and/or climbing.
Work Environment : Aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
