Join one of the world's most recognizable companies as a Construction Contract Manager in a 100% hybrid role. This role will oversee the contract management process for the land development for datacenter construction projects. In this role you will work closely with staff on RFPproposals. This is a long term contractor role with the opportunity for growth and career stability.

responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal team on RFPs
- Source for construction project services
- Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies to meet project objectives
- Perform supplier assessments and prepare contract award proposals
- Review contracts to ensure all requirements are met and meet terms
- Lead contractual negotiations and deviations
- 10+ years of construction contract management with experience leading retrofitting projects
- Contract lifecycle management
- Compliance and documentation experience
- Arriba knowledge
- Expertise in procurement and preperation of RFIs
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
