Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking an Employment Attorney to join their team. We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Attorney with 7-20 years of experience to join our premier Los Angeles-based defense firm (founded in 1996). In this fully remote role, you will leverage your expertise to achieve successful outcomes for our clients, specializing in workers' compensation, employment law, and other related areas.

Responsibilities:

• Represent employers in employment litigation matters with a focus on defending against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage & hour violations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, draft compelling legal documents, and negotiate settlements.
• Prepare for and potentially litigate cases before courts and administrative agencies.
• Manage caseload proactively and efficiently.

• J.D. degree and active membership in the State Bar of California.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in employment litigation defense (10+ years preferred).
• Superior research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Experience with class action and PAGA claims is a plus.
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required.
